Sales & Shipping:

  1. If I buy a product from the store, when will it be delivered? In stock orders placed before 1pm Central Time will be sent out the same day.
  2. Who do you ship with? USPS Priority Mail and FedEx
  3. Can I exchange or return my item? No, all sales are final.  If the item was damaged in shipping or lost in the mail, please notify us right away.
  4. My product has a slight imperfection; is this refundable, or just part of the whole “handmade craft” thing? No, they are not refundable.  Each item is made with natural and manmade materials, they have their own character. Embrace your one of a kind item!
  5. Do you ever have a Sale? We offer former and active duty Military Service Men, Women, and their Families a 10% discount on all products all the time. Just our way of showing appreciation. Use the code PATRIOT10 at checkout.
  6. Can I purchase a Gift Card? We do NOT offer Gift Cards at the moment. Please check back in the future for updates and a possible change to this policy.
